Experience: 6+ years (Senior / Staff / Principal)

As a Founding Engineer, you will balance leadership with hands-on individual contribution, taking ownership of the entire technical lifecycle.

Leadership & Ownership:

• Drive system Design, Architecture, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Lead end-to-end development and deployment strategies.
• Collaborate internally to align technical decisions with product goals.

Individual Contribution:

• Full stack development using React/Next.js, Python, Golang, Postgres, and MongoDB.
• Hands-on coding and building of our core analytic platform.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• DevOps execution with Terraform, Kubernetes, and Helm.

* Data Engineering and LLM skills are an added advantage.

Requirements:

We are looking for graduates in computer science and associated disciplines with 0-2 years of experience building software applications using Python, Golang, Node.js, or React/Next.js. Fresh graduates should be comfortable programming in any of these technologies.

Awareness of GenAI models and tools for coding is an advantage.
